Really liked room 15 and would love to stay in that
room again. We have always been pleased with our
visits. Very helpful staff and a gorgeous breakfast
- everything possible has been provided. Looking
forward to our next stay in February. Hope to stay
longer one day so we can use the pool

Thanks again for another great stay; staff wrre as
friendly and helpful as always (the receptionist
even managed to greet me by name), my room (108) was
just what I needed - and of course, the famous
Quality Hotel breakfast.....! Just a shame I was
only staying for one night this time - but I will be
back!

We have stayed at this hotel several times, and have
not been disappointed. This visit, we were given a
twin room through the bar, and I was worried it
would be noisy. However, once in the room we didn't
hear a sound. To be fair, the rooms are looking a
bit tired, but if all you want is a good night's
sleep in a lovely, comfortable bed, and an excellent
breakfast, you won't go wrong staying here. Also,
the staff are all very friendly and helpful.

I was using the hotel to stay at after a social
function in St Albans and thought the hotel, whilst
a little basic, offered good value. The breakfast
was particularly good.

We had a great stay at the Quality Hotel in St
Albans. The room was clean and comfortable. The
breakfast was of a high standard. There was free
parking. Most of all, the staff were friendly and
helpful. We would definitely recommend staying
there.

We stayed with you as our friends got married at
sopwell house. The accommodation was very nice thank
you. The bathroom could maybe do with a little touch
up but the room was clean and comfortable we had a
great nights sleep at a very reasonable price. We
got up early had a nice swim in the pool and a sauna
which was nice, again could probably do with
refreshing the decor and a good clean but was
perfectly pleasant (well worth the money). Breakfast
was good and the location of the hotel was
excellent. Staff very polite and accommodating.

We had a very pleasant stay. The reception staff
were very helpful and welcoming. The room was clean
and comfortable and everything I needed was
provided. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of
choice. Overall a very good stay and I would not
hesitate to stay with you again and would also
recommend you to others.

Excellent service particularly in the restaurant where the staff catered for my wife's multiple food intolerances BRILLIANTLY. All staff were most polite and helpful. Air conditioning very difficult to adjust.

We had a another good stay at this hotel.....we have
stayed here often. The staff are very helpful, and
this time moved us to a room with a bigger bed and
air conditioning. We will certainly be back, the
breakfast is good and being able to use the pool,
sauna and gym is great...thank you.

I stayed at Quality Hotel St Albans for one night as
I was in St Albans for a wedding and really enjoyed
my stay at the hotel. The staff were really friendly
and very helpful, we arrived early and we were given
another room so we could check in straight away,
which was really helpful as we had bags with us. We
had breakfast in the morning and there was a great
selection to choose from, which sets you up for the
day.

I should give particular
thanks to the gentleman on Reception when I arrived on Saturday morning
after a dreadful drive in all sorts of appalling weather. He sat me down
with a cup of coffee and golf on television until my room was ready. I
really needed that - thank you! My stay was fine. The weather wasn't your
fault, and neither were the thoughtless people who arrived back to their
rooms at 0430, slamming doors as they arrived. Other than that, I was very
comfortable and have nothing to complain about. Thank you.

The room was clean and tidy. The bed comfortable and
the attitude of the staff was very good. I found
them to be friendly and very willing to help in
whatever way asked. I look forward to staying again
in a few weeks and will certainly recommend you to

Staff were friendly and helpful. We liked the range
of foods for breakfast and were particularly pleased
to find a good quality, varied fruit salad and range
of yoghurts available. Over all we were very pleased
with our stay.

A pleasant surprise
As one who quite often stays in budget accommodation on overnight business trips when I really need only a bed, I turned up with fairly modest expectations. In the event, I was pleased to find myself in a spacious room with rather more by way of little touches than you get at any Travelodge. What's more, the breakfast included in the price was quite excellent, and the chef even accommodated me before hours because I had to make an early start. In fact, the staff could hardly have done more to make my stay comfortable. Added to that the fact that there is ample parking, as well as a bunch of health and wellbeing facilities I sadly had no time to use, I'd recommend the Quality Hotel to anyone visiting St Albans..
