To make your Booking we require the booking form completed with all necessary details and £10.00 deposit per person, which is non-refundable in any circumstance. And you agree to the following terms and conditions: If any member of your party does have to cancel we shall need at least 72 hours written notice, otherwise the full amount will be payable. (No refund or transfer of amounts will be permitted outside of these standard terms). The total amount of your expected invoice is payable 21 days prior to your function date. Failure to pay this balance 21 days in advance, will cause the cancellation of your party with the deposit being forfeited Payment by one cheque , cash or credit card please. No credit will be allowed under any circumstances. Smart evening dress Kiss-a-grams etc. are strictly forbidden. We will not allow any drinks to be brought into the Hotel.
